HYDRO MASTA Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

Pre Paid orders can be picked up by a set appointment time Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm from our warehouse at 36 Mid Dural Road, Galston, NSW, 2159.

All freight is dispatched in plain unmarked cartons for security and safety and that a minimum postage and handling fee of $15.00 applies to all orders placed. Combining orders will save on postage/freight.

Do not sign for road freight goods until you have checked that all cartons have arrived, and there is no visible damage to the items, as no claims can be made if damaged goods are signed for.

If damage has occurred, notation should be made on the consignment note or photos taken. You will need to notify sales@liquidscience.com.au as soon as damage has been observed.

Orders will be dispatched within two working days upon receipt of payment. If at any time the item is out of stock for any reason, or on back order, the client will be advised via phone, fax or email.

Note: All back orders will be supplied to the client postage and handling free.

Both Australia Post and our transport company work on a cubic conversion rate of 250kg. All goods that are light but large will be calculated as cubic weight. For example:

A parcel that weighs only 4 kilos but measures 40cm x 40cm x 50cm would equal 0.08 cubic meters. This is then multiplied by the conversion factor of 250 giving you a cubic and chargeable weight of 20kg.

Australia Post: Please note that we are unable to send any corrosive products through Australia Post.

Australia Post has weight and size restrictions on all parcels:

• Maximum weight is 20kg.
• Maximum linear dimension (length) is 105 cm.
• Maximum girth of parcel must not exceed 140cm.

If the above limits are exceeded, clients will be advised that the goods will be sent via our Transport Company or local courier.
